We are also available Saturday and Sunday; the below additional surcharges will apply:

Offsite catering bookings may incur an additional delivery fee. The UNE Life Events & Catering Team will provide these details upon quotation.
All events will incur a Service & Set Up fee which includes, staff, security (where applicable), post event cleaning, cutlery, crockery, napkins, table cloths & glassware.
Additional theming and styling is available, please speak with The UNE Life Events & Catering Team will provide these details upon quotation.
Event bookings must be received with a minimum 7 business days’ notice to ensure availability and allow sufficient time for a quotation to be provided and approved.
Catering bookings must be received with a minimum 5 business days’ notice to ensure availability and allow sufficient time for a quotation to be provided and approved.
Where less than 2 business days’ notice is provided, you will be invoiced an additional Late Booking Fee of 20%.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate all event and catering requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be able to be met and this will be communicated to you by the UNE Life, Events & Catering Team at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
We require a minimum number of 10 people for a catering booking.
You must notify us of any special dietary requirements at least 5 business days prior to your function or catering booking.
All quotes must be checked and accepted within 48 hours of being received. Your booking is confirmed when UNE Life Events & Catering have received your written (email) approval of the supplied quotation along with your approval of the Terms & Conditions. Until that time, a event or catering booking is pending.
We require at least 3 business day’ notice for any changes to a confirmed event or catering booking. You will be invoiced at a rate of 50% for any event or catering booking where less than 5 business days’ notice is provided. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, you will be invoiced at a rate of 100%.
All invoices are to be paid prior to your function or catering booking. An invoice will be sent once you have approved the quotation. Any additional charges after this time will be communicated to you by UNE Life Events & Catering and the remaining amount owing must be received within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
Loss or damage to the property, carpet, fixtures or fittings caused by the client, guests, agent or contractors before, during or after the function, will be the financial responsibility of the booking owner, and an appropriate charge will apply. You will be invoiced for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged or missing equipment following the function or catering booking. Whilst normal cleaning is included in the Service & Set Up fee, should additional cleaning be required an appropriate fee may be charged at the discretion of UNE Life Events & Catering.
It is your responsibility to ensure that access to the delivery location is available at the requested time.
Please ensure all catering equipment is left in a tidy manner at the conclusion of your catering booking for collection. You will be invoiced for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged or missing equipment following the catering booking.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have made a Room Booking for your event through the UNE website. UNE Life Events & Catering are unable to make this booking for you.
Use of UNE Life venues and spaces may incur minimum spend requirements as well as service and setup fees. UNE Life Events & Catering will provide these details upon quotation.

Notices
A party giving notice under this agreement to the other party must give that notice in writing. The notice may be served by personal delivery to the address of the other party or by email. A notice is deemed to be received on the date of delivery (if served by personal delivery) or when the sender’s email provides a confirmation of the receiving it.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties as to its subject matter and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements between the parties.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the New South Wales. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
This is a controlled, safe & secure environment which observes the principles of the Responsible Service of Alcohol

To maintain this standard, we have implemented a code of conduct in which management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who does not respect our venues, staff, or policies.
